Background

Andrew is extremely passionate about being a Total Body Concepts Instructor, a Lifestyle Consultant, and a veteran in the United States Marine Corps.  Having always led an active lifestyle, Andrew has discovered his enthusiasm for the health and fitness world, leading him to discover the science behind exercise and nutrition.  Andrew’s goal is to reach out and empower as many people as possible, allowing them to lead healthier lives with positive attitudes and to make fitness a part of everyday life.

Training Philosophy

Andrew's training philosophy is centered around core training. Core training emphasizes the development of stabilizing and strengthening the trunk and torso on a person's body. This leads to enhanced balance, improved stability, and functionality, while reducing lower back muscular pain and abdominal strengthening. Andrew believes that building a strong core will further benefit a client in all other stages of developing a proper fitness regime.

Second to none, nutrition must be an essential building block to leading a healthier lifestyle. The term diet is never used but instead "nutrition  modifications."  Diets are temporary, whereas the ultimate goal is to provide a platform for lifelong healthier eating habits.
