Andrew started his journey in the fitness world while in the United States Marine Corps. There he aided in the development of a sound physical fitness regime for his unit. After being honorably discharged from the military, Andrew continued his career as a fitness instructor, emphasizing in the areas of weight loss, fat reduction, nutritional counseling, post-rehabilitation strengthening, and core development.

Michael has always been an active child.  He played little league soccer and ran distance in his younger years.  Mike decided to get into the health and fitness community with his passion for health and fitness.  As he learned more about the different facets of health and fitness, Mike began working at a local gym to teach others how and why it is important to incorporate health and fitness into their everyday lives.
